Canada trip 3: Banff National Park and the Town of Banff

Bow River falls goes through the town. We stopped to play on the rocks and compete on who can stand the cold water longest.

Lake Louise is such a hot spot we couldn’t find transportation during regular hours. We waiting until 7pm for a spot but it was beautiful
We hiked straight up for this lookout (you can see the previous photo spot behind them) and became a mosquito feast so quickly went back down.

Canada trip day 2: Yoho National Park

Day 1 Canadian Rockies – Peyto Lake. This was my favorite trip. The trail starts at this overlook. We hiked down (and then back up) to the lake and walked around on the rocks. The glacial water is turbid and makes the beautiful colors.
